Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee preparation and analysis of management accounts, variance reports, and financial statements for PLC compliance
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations
- Manage financial risk assessment and internal control frameworks
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards (MFRS)
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and data analytics
- Mentor and develop finance team members through performance management and skill development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; ACCA/CA/CPA qualification mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience in management accounting with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record handling PLC financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgetary control
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders
