Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee operational activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services.
- Drive organizational transformation projects by streamlining clinical and administrative workflows.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement evidence-based protocols that enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with national healthcare policies and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within a polyclinic or hospital setting in Singapore.
- Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data management tools.
