Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs including leadership training, technical skills workshops, and succession planning initiatives
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
  • Collaborate with department heads to create tailored learning solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and ROI analysis
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction
  • Manage the talent development budget while ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and talent development methodologies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development with 3+ years in managerial roles
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale learning initiatives
  • Certification in talent development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) or related HR credentials
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and program evaluation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in sports industry or high-performance organizations preferred
