Sport Excellence Singapore (SpexSG) is seeking a visionary Senior Manager/Manager, Human Resource (Talent Development) to drive our workforce transformation. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs including leadership training, technical skills workshops, and succession planning initiatives
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and ROI analysis
- Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction
- Manage the talent development budget while ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and talent development methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent development with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale learning initiatives
- Certification in talent development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) or related HR credentials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and program evaluation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in sports industry or high-performance organizations preferred
