Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategies and programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops and coaching sessions to enhance executive and managerial capabilities.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and needs assessments to identify growth opportunities and talent gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training projects, including budgeting, vendor management, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the agency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
  • Relevant Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Professional certification in coaching, L&D, or organizational development is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a government or research organization is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
