- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality NFR reporting deliverables
- Oversee end-to-end reporting processes for non-financial risk portfolios
- Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks and governance controls
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and data quality
- Present risk insights to senior leadership and board committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in financial services with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in non-financial risk frameworks (operational, credit, market, liquidity)
- Strong experience with regulatory reporting (BCBS, FSB, local regulations)
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and data analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
