Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of facility-related projects from conceptual design through to successful implementation and handover.
- Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and highly functional workspace for all staff.
- Develop and manage annual facility budgets, tracking expenditures and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain rigorous preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems and office equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and health policies (OSHA/DOSH).
- Coordinate office space planning and renovations to support company growth and hybrid work models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facilities management or corporate project management, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility upgrades and infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira) and CAFM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFM, or IFMA) is considered a strong advantage.
