We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Learning & Development to join our team in the vibrant Bugis area. This pivotal role focuses on curating high-quality training opportunities and coordinating complex learning activities to drive employee engagement and skill development. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will identify organizational needs and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
In this position, you will lead initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the successful execution of learning programs. Your expertise in instructional design and stakeholder management will be key to fostering a culture of continuous learning. This contract role offers a competitive salary package of up to $7,500 per month and the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Curate high-quality training opportunities and manage relationships with external training vendors and providers.
- Coordinate learning activities, logistics, and scheduling for workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules.
- Drive employee participation and engagement through targeted communication and motivational initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design customized learning solutions to bridge skill gaps.
- Analyze training effectiveness and ROI to continuously improve program quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives support business outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum development.
- Proven experience in vendor management, budget management, and project planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced contract environment.
