Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operational activities for the Department of Medicine to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary administrative teams to improve departmental productivity and staff engagement.
- Develop and implement robust operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, preparing comprehensive reports for executive management.
- Oversee departmental budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to streamline patient journey processes and reduce waiting times.
- Manage healthcare infrastructure and resource allocation to support clinical requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with hospital safety standards, quality audits, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams in a complex organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and data management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively under pressure in a healthcare environment.
