Join MR.DIY as a Senior Manager, Payroll and lead critical financial operations for one of Malaysia's leading retail companies. In this strategic role, you'll oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across 1,000+ stores, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You'll implement robust payroll systems, manage tax filings, and optimize processes to support our rapid expansion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax regulations
- Design and implement scalable payroll systems and process improvements
- Manage payroll team performance, training, and development
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations and quarterly audits
- Collaborate with HR on employee data management and benefit administration
- Prepare payroll reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of payroll management experience, 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Professional certification (e.g., CPP, CPM) preferred
- Proven track record in managing large-scale payroll operations
