- Lead end-to-end pricing development for life, health, and investment-linked insurance products
- Design and implement sophisticated pricing models using actuarial techniques and predictive analytics
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies
- Oversee product lifecycle management from conception to implementation
- Ensure pricing methodologies comply with regulatory requirements (Philippine Insurance Commission)
- Collaborate with product development teams to design innovative insurance solutions
- Mentor and develop pricing professionals through knowledge sharing and skill development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in insurance pricing, product development, or actuarial roles
- Professional actuarial credentials (e.g., ASA, FSA, or equivalent) required
- Expertise in pricing software (Prophet, AXIS, or similar) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of managing pricing projects with measurable business impact
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Philippine insurance market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
