Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, coordination, and site supervision
- Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Manage cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency during project lifecycle
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in real estate or property development
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong expertise in site execution, contract management, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
