Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for site operations to ensure projects are delivered within prescribed timelines and budget parameters.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and structural integrity.
- Manage and mentor project teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Develop and track comprehensive project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions proactively.
- Monitor site expenditures and material usage to ensure strict adherence to financial budgets and procurement policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, government authorities, and internal management regarding project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or property development.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion (Handover).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, building codes, and safety standards (CIDB/DOSH).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset regarding cost-control and site optimization.
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is highly advantageous.
