The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager / Senior Assistant Director to join the ISCE2 (Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment) team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for ISCE2 to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee corporate services, including facilities management, procurement, and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with research leads to manage project funding, grants, and operational expenditures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage operational risks across the institute.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational productivity and service delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate services, finance, or business operations in a large organization.
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and budget management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
- Deep understanding of operational governance, risk management, and compliance best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with scientists and senior management.
- Experience in the research, public sector, or industrial energy landscape is highly advantageous.
