- Develop and implement strategic service plans aligned with organizational healthcare objectives and patient care standards
- Oversee healthcare infrastructure planning and facility optimization for specialist outpatient clinics
- Lead care model development initiatives to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline clinical operations and service delivery
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement innovative healthcare services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, with focus on outpatient or specialist clinic operations
- Proven track record in strategic planning, service design, and capacity management
- Strong understanding of healthcare infrastructure and clinical workflow optimization
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards is preferred
