Are you a strategic leader passionate about building world-class teams? Nutanix is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) operations across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this critical role, you will be the architect of our hiring strategy, driving data-driven initiatives to attract top-tier engineering, sales, and product talent. You will shape our employer brand, optimize recruitment processes, and mentor a high-performing team to ensure Nutanix remains the employer of choice in the tech industry.
As a Senior Manager, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and talent delivery, ensuring that we not only fill roles but build a sustainable pipeline for the future. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy for the APJ region aligned with Nutanix’s business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives and talent communities to enhance our market presence in Singapore and APJ.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and university partners to expand our talent pool.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading TA teams in a high-growth technology environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and experience in both direct hire and executive search.
- Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages in the APJ region is a plus.
