Join Private Advertiser as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and lead our strategic recruitment initiatives in a dynamic 2-year contract role. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans
- Lead a team of recruitment professionals through mentorship, performance management, and process optimization
- Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and design targeted recruitment campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including digital platforms, employee referrals, and industry partnerships
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality of hire
- Enhance employer branding through candidate engagement initiatives and market competitiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in talent acquisition with 5+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in managing recruitment cycles across diverse functions and seniority levels
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS), data analytics, and talent management systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives and hiring managers
- Strategic thinker with experience in scaling recruitment operations for organizational growth
- Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or equivalent industry credentials preferred
