Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
- Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and optimization for Malaysian operations
- Develop and implement financial risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Manage capital structure, debt facilities, and investment portfolios
- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations (BNM, IRB)
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing treasury and tax teams
- Prepare executive financial reports and presentations for board and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA) preferred
- Minimum 10+ years treasury and tax management experience with 5+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in Malaysian tax regulations (Income Tax Act, GST, Cukai) and BNM compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and risk assessment
- Strategic planning experience with multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and treasury management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
