Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement financial strategies for the BCIB project including annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), tax regulations, and project-specific requirements
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, establishing performance metrics and professional development plans
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during financial examinations
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement internal controls for project expenditures
- Prepare project cost analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role with team leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure or construction project accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Tax Code, PAS, and government compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
