Join AJAIB TTX's dynamic quality assurance team as a Senior Manual QA Engineer! You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional digital experiences by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive manual test cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases covering functional, usability, and regression scenarios
- Perform end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications to validate user workflows
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution reports
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure testability and identify edge cases
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to QA best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
