Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Air Purifier product line in Indonesia.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital media, PR, and offline activations to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce, and product teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and accountability.
- Coordinate with regional headquarters to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting messaging for local relevance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving measurable sales growth.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media management, and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
