Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient volume for both routine eye examinations and specialized surgical procedures.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and local community outreach.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify service highlights and translate them into compelling marketing messaging.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to refine marketing tactics and maximize ROI.
- Organize and oversee promotional events, health seminars, and community screenings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or wellness clinic sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful patient acquisition or brand awareness campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to create persuasive, empathetic content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into clear growth strategies.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
