Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead and mentor the creative team to produce high-converting advertising assets, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Manage community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty and transform followers into vocal brand advocates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Identify emerging market trends in the fragrance and beauty industry to maintain Eser Perfumery's competitive edge.
- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources across high-ROI channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful marketing campaigns with clear conversion goals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms) and social media ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
