Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data, including creation, maintenance, and archiving within ERP systems.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards, business processes, and governance policies.
- Lead data governance initiatives, including user training and the enforcement of data entry protocols.
- Support system implementations and data migration projects to ensure seamless data transitions.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP support.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (MM, FI, or SD modules) or other complex enterprise resource planning systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of data modeling and database structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services) is highly preferred.
