Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects to identify and implement product cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive target cost models for new and existing products.
- Analyze current product designs, materials, and manufacturing processes to propose innovative, cost-effective alternatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance to validate proposed changes.
- Manage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for proposed design and material modifications.
- Track, analyze, and report on the financial impact and cost savings achieved through VAVE initiatives.
- Ensure all value proposition changes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years for Mid-level, 5+ years for Senior) in VAVE, cost engineering, or product design within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in target costing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
