- Submit and manage medical claims through EPIC Physician Billing systems with high accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and coding standards
- Investigate and resolve billing denials and claim rejections efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate patient data across healthcare information systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify billing information and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding payments
- Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, with specific expertise in EPIC Physician Billing
- Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing regulations
- Experience with healthcare insurance verification and claim submission processes
- Proficient in using EPIC systems and other healthcare billing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing, or related field preferred
