Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and market share growth within assigned hospital territories.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key hospital administrators.
- Execute strategic marketing initiatives and product launches effectively to target stakeholders.
- Provide clinical insights and technical product knowledge to support evidence-based medical decisions.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, medical symposia, and clinical workshops.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies dynamically.
- Ensure all activities remain in strict compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company ethics.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related medical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a hospital-setting environment.
- Strong background in therapeutic areas (specialist experience is highly advantageous).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred (for transport allowance eligibility).
