As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Specialty Medicine. In this dynamic position, you will act as the scientific bridge between Bayer and the medical community. You will engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to facilitate the exchange of high-quality, balanced, and accurate medical information. Your insights will directly influence the growth of assigned brands and support the successful pre-launch and post-launch strategies for our innovative therapies.
We are looking for a driven professional who is passionate about science and building relationships. You will be responsible for analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our scientific strategy aligns with market needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scientific exchanges with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to address complex scientific questions.
- Support the pre-launch and launch strategies for assigned Specialty Medicine brands.
- Analyze clinical data and medical literature to provide evidence-based insights to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and research centers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory affairs to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Identify and communicate emerging medical trends and competitive intelligence to the field force.
Kualifikasi
- Medical Degree (MBBS, MD) with full registration in Singapore.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within the Specialty Medicine or Oncology sector.
- Strong scientific background with a proven track record in scientific exchange and KOL management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required by the business.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
