Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Valid Singapore Social Work registration/certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical social work experience in healthcare settings
- Expertise in socio-economic evaluation and resource navigation
- Strong crisis intervention and counseling skills
- Proficiency in multidisciplinary collaboration and case management
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare and social services landscape
