You will analyze sales data, manage inventory flow, and collaborate closely with designers and suppliers to deliver high-quality, fulfilling fashion experiences to our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for the men's fashion category.
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to optimize product assortment.
- Collaborate with the design and sourcing teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end buying process, including vendor negotiations and procurement.
- Monitor inventory health and manage markdowns or promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within the local and regional markets.
- Prepare regular reports on category performance and present insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, specifically in the men's wear sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems.
- Excellent understanding of the retail landscape in Indonesia and current global fashion trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building lasting relationships with suppliers.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to interpret complex sales data into actionable business strategies.
