Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of nature-based finance mechanisms for sustainable agriculture and natural resource management
- Develop financial models and investment strategies that align biodiversity conservation with economic development goals
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in nature finance, ecosystem services valuation, and sustainable agriculture
- Provide technical assistance to governments and financial institutions in creating policies that support nature-positive investments
- Build and maintain partnerships with international organizations, financial institutions, and private sector stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of nature finance initiatives on biodiversity conservation and rural livelihoods
- Prepare high-quality reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products on nature finance innovations and best practices
- Represent the Asian Development Bank in international forums and conferences on nature finance and sustainable agriculture
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in environmental economics, natural resource management, agricultural economics, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agricultural finance, or nature-based solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in designing innovative financial mechanisms for environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, impact assessment, and economic valuation of ecosystem services
- Proven track record of working with governments, financial institutions, and private sector partners on sustainability initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to produce high-quality technical documents
- Experience working in international development organizations or multilateral institutions is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Asian agricultural systems, biodiversity conservation challenges, and sustainable development goals
