Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex Neurodiagnostic (EEG, EMG, Evoked Potential) examinations in accordance with established medical protocols and standards.
- Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety while explaining procedures clearly to alleviate anxiety.
- Analyze and interpret test data to provide accurate, timely reports to attending physicians for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain and calibrate neurodiagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior technologists and students.
- Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to streamline patient care workflows.
- Adhere strictly to infection control and safety regulations within the hospital environment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or Allied Health Sciences.
- Certification as a Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy and physiology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic systems and reporting software.
