Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Operating Theatre department to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee surgical scheduling, staffing rosters, and resource allocation to optimize theatre utilization.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop nursing staff to ensure high standards of clinical competency.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver seamless surgical care.
- Manage departmental inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- At least 8-10 years of clinical experience in an Operating Theatre environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in surgical nursing, theatre workflows, and sterile processing.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems and clinical documentation.
