Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance processes for New Zealand-based clients, ensuring strict adherence to IRD regulations.
- Prepare and review annual financial statements and tax returns with high precision.
- Provide strategic tax advisory services to assist clients in tax optimization and planning.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas stakeholders to resolve complex accounting queries.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of outputs.
- Stay updated with changes in NZ tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments to processes.
- Utilize accounting software (Xero, MYOB) to manage ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA license preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years focused on NZ Taxation.
- Proficiency in NZ tax laws, GST, and payroll compliance.
- Advanced technical skills in Xero, MYOB, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for client-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high output quality.
