Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for physical rehabilitation
- Supervise and mentor junior therapists and therapy assistants
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Adapt therapeutic techniques for diverse patient populations
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (SAHPC) registration
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Expertise in physical rehabilitation and adaptive equipment
- Strong assessment and intervention planning skills
- Experience mentoring junior therapists
- Certification in relevant therapeutic modalities preferred
