AWWA is currently seeking a dedicated Senior / Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing, trans-disciplinary team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our Community Integration Service, delivering client-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve client independence in daily living activities.
- Collaborate within a trans-disciplinary team to implement holistic care strategies for diverse community clients.
- Provide clinical mentorship to junior staff and allied health interns to foster professional growth.
- Conduct home and community-based assessments to recommend environmental modifications and adaptive equipment.
- Document clinical outcomes and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Advocate for inclusive practices and community accessibility for clients with varying needs.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary case conferences to streamline client care pathways.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in an Occupational Therapy setting (experience in community health is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated passion for serving the community and supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Proficiency in clinical report writing and digital health records management.
