As our Senior Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, mapping them into Odoo functionalities, and overseeing successful implementations. Your expertise in accounting modules and workflow automation will be critical in driving efficiency and ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and user-centric. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional Odoo system specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Odoo modules, with a specific focus on Accounting and Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and organizational needs.
- Conduct thorough system testing, UAT, and provide expert-level troubleshooting for functional issues.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and system proficiency.
- Monitor system performance and suggest continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo functional implementation.
- Deep understanding of Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead project requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (professional proficiency).
- Odoo Certification is highly preferred.
