You will be responsible for streamlining business operations, fostering a collaborative company culture, and managing high-level administrative functions that support our strategic growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and coordinate high-level meetings and company events.
- Develop and implement office policies, internal communication strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, office vendors, and service providers.
- Support the HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires and processing office-related expenses.
- Maintain a professional, productive, and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to digital transformation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to track operational efficiency and office budget performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or executive support roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (professional proficiency).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern cloud-based management tools.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and organizational development.
