Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive app growth strategies focusing on both user acquisition and retention.
- Lead the optimization of owned marketing channels, including push notifications, in-app messages, and email campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to design and implement in-app features that drive engagement.
- Manage and optimize cross-platform partnerships to expand the app's reach and user base.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on campaign creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, DAU, and MAU to senior management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the mobile market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Mobile App Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Digital Strategy.
- Technical proficiency with CRM and engagement tools such as Braze, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling app user bases and improving retention rates.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and mobile user behavior.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
