Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Oversee financial close processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial safeguarding
- Mentor junior finance staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ in senior roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization expertise
- ACCA/CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
