Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification and payment processing
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong relationships
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
