Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring full compliance with IFRS standards.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations and detailed variance analysis.
- Assist in the external and internal audit processes by preparing requested schedules and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new accounting policies and process improvements within the finance department.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current IFRS updates and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IFRS reporting or general accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
