Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance Management Systems (QAMS) aligned with ISO standards
- Conduct internal quality audits and process compliance checks
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Document quality processes and maintain compliance records
- Monitor supplier quality performance and manage vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance systems
- ISO 9001 auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
