Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical telecommunication infrastructure including VoIP, MPLS, and fiber-optic networks
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols for communication systems
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate, procure, and integrate new network technologies and security solutions
- Provide tier-3 technical support and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network outages
- Create comprehensive documentation including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular training sessions on emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecommunication operations with focus on enterprise networks
- Expert knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware and software platforms
- Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and network security frameworks
- Experience with network virtualization (SD-WAN, NFV) and cloud-based communication systems
- Professional certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP) or equivalent industry credentials
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written and verbal communication skills
