Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end operational excellence projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven optimization strategies
- Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training sessions to embed continuous improvement culture
- Design and implement performance metrics to track KPIs and measure ROI of improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align operational goals and drive adoption of best practices
- Develop change management plans to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear business cases and action plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or management consulting
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record of leading successful process transformation projects in financial services
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data modeling, root cause analysis, and statistical tools
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools
