- Lead and optimize end-to-end operational processes across the organization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record in regulated online gaming or similar high-compliance industries
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in operational metrics and KPIs
- Experience implementing process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks for gaming operations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team development experience
- Advanced proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools
