Lendi Group is seeking a high-caliber Senior Operations Manager to lead our Broker Admin Program in Makati. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for an operational expert who thrives at the intersection of people management, strategic relationship building, and process optimization. You will be the engine behind our broker support operations, ensuring that our partners receive world-class service while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and act as the primary liaison to drive efficiency and growth. We are looking for a visionary leader who can mentor teams, solve complex operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes that drive consistent performance outcomes across the board.
Tanggung Jawab
- Directly oversee and lead the Broker Admin operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize broker support workflows and service delivery.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational output.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline communication and resolve complex broker-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the broker experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior operations management, preferably within the fintech, mortgage, or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in operational metrics and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering and implementation of scalable operational frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
