What You Will Do
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily execution. Your primary mission is to ensure flawless delivery, exceed client expectations, and continuously elevate operational standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily execution of auction and audit operations for a major US-based client, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline agents, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Analyze complex operational data and KPIs to identify performance gaps, trends, and strategic opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and implement robust process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and drive client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary escalation point and strategic liaison for US-based client stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering insightful performance reports.
- Collaborate with workforce planning and HR to ensure optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and talent retention strategies.
- Champion a data-driven decision-making environment, utilizing advanced reporting tools to guide operational strategy and corrective actions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all team members are aligned with the company's execution-focused values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in an Operations Management role within the BPO or shared services industry.
- At least 3 years of specific experience managing US-based client accounts is required; experience in auction, audit, finance, or back-office operations is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams (50+ FTEs) with direct accountability for core performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, to effectively align with US business hours and time zones.
