Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting outsourcing services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS) and relevant statutory regulations, including IRB filings.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Perform accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures within strict deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic financial advice.
- Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on outsourcing or management accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia tax laws, IRB filings, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
