Mega Ponsel Indonesia, a premier mobile phone retailer and distributor, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Pajak (Tax) professional to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will oversee all tax operations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to support business growth.
In this critical role, you will manage corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other local tax filings. You will coordinate with external consultants, handle tax audits, and provide strategic tax advice to management. Your expertise will help minimize tax risks and identify opportunities for tax savings, directly impacting our financial health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all tax compliance matters including monthly and annual tax returns (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 26, etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate income tax and VAT reports
- Coordinate and supervise tax audits conducted by the tax authorities
- Provide tax advisory services to internal departments on business transactions
- Lead tax planning and optimization initiatives to minimize tax burden
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports for management and external auditors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably in the retail or distribution industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified tax professional (Bersertifikat) is highly preferred
