We are looking for a top-tier Senior Partner Manager to join our high-growth team in Singapore. In this critical, high-impact role, you will be the architect of G-P's partner success in the dynamic APAC market. Leveraging your deep understanding of indirect sales, you will build a thriving ecosystem of strategic partners—including PEOs, EORs, HR consultancies, and system integrators. Your primary mission is to drive significant recurring revenue through these relationships while ensuring partners are fully enabled and aligned with G-P's vision for global employment.
As a relationship-building expert, you will navigate complex organizational structures, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and work comfortably with data to track performance, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions that fuel business growth. You possess a unique blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, allowing you to develop a long-term roadmap while consistently hitting short-term revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner initiatives with our aggressive global expansion goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partner business plan for the APAC region to consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including PEOs, EORs, HR consultancies, and system integrators.
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with existing partners, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Design and drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and industry events to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Empower partners through comprehensive enablement programs, providing them with effective sales tools, product training, and ongoing operational support.
- Collaborate closely with APAC Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner-generated opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue contribution to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage complex partner agreements, ensuring compliance and driving long-term mutual value creation.
Kualifikasi
- 6+ years of proven success in partner management, channel sales, or business development, ideally within the HR technology, SaaS, or global professional services industry.
- Deep understanding of the Global Employment Organization (GEO), PEO, EOR, or global payroll landscape is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals through indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional executive presence and highly polished communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse global stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach—comfortable navigating a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Native or professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the APAC region to meet partners and attend key industry events.
